TOES’ WEEK 7 NFL, COLLEGE, HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL PREDICTIONS

WEEK 7 NFL, COLLEGE, HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL PREDICTIONS

PREVIOUS WEEKS REVIEW/RANDOM THOUGHTS

  • I guess I’ll start off with the Tomball game, great crowd and that about the only thing you can say good about it. I still dont see why Tomball didnt put in some Temporary bleachers behind the endzone! The crowd was way to big for that stadium. People standing in the isles, and Tomball people had to go over to the Collins side that was overflow as well. So I have no clue as to why there was no temporary bleachers set up. The Woodlands had the smarts to do it for their game against Lufkin over 11,000 in a soldout stadium Friday. If Tomball people dont like being viewed as a sub par program do the little things that other schools do. Average people who dont have kids playing or in band arent going to go to the games if its a hassle or impossible to find somewhere to sit, not that going to 42-0 games is enticing either but the sitting arrangement didnt help the cause.

  • As for the game itself The energy from the big crowd from it disappeared bout 4 seconds into the game as the opening kickoff was fumbled and Klein Collins turned it into a TD, Then a couple of drops and ONE 1st down the whole game. I dont know if this was much of a let down as compared to a wake up call, Its not going to get any easier, as this was the 1st game of 4 in a row of the teams in my preseason picks to make the playoffs in this district. But anyways here the a video of the highlights or lowlights from the game Friday Its a handheld camera so its not very good but you can see how large the crowd is on the Tomball side, and really that was the only thing worth seeing

  • Is there anything Andrew Luck cant do!!! WOW BIG HIT!!!!

  • Woodlands vs Lufkin was yet another classic battle from a SOLD OUT , Woodforest Stadium, and unlike Tomball, The Woodlands had the smarts to put in Temporary Bleachers behind the endzone. Lasco returned from injury with a vengeance. Rushing for over 160 yards and a couple of TD’s Which was good to see because at the state 7on7 tourney over the summer that Lufkin team was really talking trash about what was going to happen to him, when they played this season. Lufkin was a lil short handed with their star RB being out with an injury But with the talent they have the couldnt have been much drop off. But watch the highlights below

Good to see LSU win with two Texans and I consider them Houston players cause they are close QB Jarrett Lee (Brenham, H.S) and Terrence Tolliver (Hempstead. H.S.) both on the game winning play and how bout that fake field goal!!

OVERALL GAME OF THE WEEK

#18 Wisconsin Badgers vs #1 Ohio St. Buckeyes
7pm Saturday October 16th Camp Randall Stadium Wisconsin

Photobucket John Clay Wisconsin
Terrelle Pryor Ohio State QB                                        John Clay Wisconsin RB

Just like last week with South Carolina vs Alabama, The number one ranked team is going into hostile territory. And another upset is a real possibility Here is the write up from espn.com

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — The Ohio State Buckeyes have waltzed through their first six opponents on the way to becoming No. 1.
With a game on Saturday at No. 18 Wisconsin, staying there will be much harder.
“It’s good to be No. 1, but if we don’t play like it every week, then all the hype will be for naught,” linebacker Brian Rolle said.
Not everyone believes the Buckeyes deserve to be No. 1. Critics point out that by the middle of October, the Buckeyes have played exactly one game away from their home stadium. Also, they haven’t tackled anyone currently ranked in the Associated Press Top 25. (Miami was 12th at the time they lost in Columbus to the Buckeyes, but has since plummeted out of sight.)
At the same time, Ohio State fans are up in arms that mock Bowl Championship Series rankings a week before the first BCS list is released has the Buckeyes fifth. That is due to being downgraded by computers that take a dim view of the Buckeyes’ (lack of) strength of schedule (Marshall, Ohio, Eastern Michigan, Illinois, Indiana and Miami) and drop them way down below the TCUs and Boise States of the world in that category.
But a lot of the questions and doubts about Ohio State (6-0, 2-0 Big Ten) and its rise to the top spot in the polls should be answered this week when the Buckeyes head for Madison, Wis.
The Badgers (5-1, 1-1) are good and particularly good at home. They’ve gone 40-4 at Camp Randall Stadium since the start of the 2004 season. What’s more, the game is at night, allowing an already rambunctious student section to get even more fired up for the big showdown. The Badgers have won 25 of their last 28 night games.
Linebacker Ross Homan said, “Playing there is so tough. You have to battle through a lot.”
An environment like that intimidates some opponents and energizes others.
“I remember we went to Wisconsin my sophomore year,” Rolle said, reflecting on the 2008 game. “It was ridiculous. I believe that student section is the best in the country.”
The product on the field isn’t bad, either.
Led by senior quarterback Scott Tolzien and tailbacks John Clay and James White, the Badgers are physical and tough and rank fourth in he Big Ten in total offense at 450 yards per game. It’ll be a huge test for Ohio State’s defense in particular.
“They know what they’re heading into,” Ohio State coach Jim Tressel said.
Buckeyes quarterback Terrelle Pryor shared Big Ten offensive player of the week honors with Clay, passing for a career-high 334 yards (24 of 30, 3 TDs) in a 38-10 rout of Indiana. Wisconsin is a red-letter game for him and his teammates.
“Without a doubt,” he said. “It’s always circled on the calendar — especially when it’s at Camp Randall. Every Big Ten game is a challenge. The last time I was there, it was a great experience for me.”
Pryor was a callow freshman, making just his third collegiate start, at Wisconsin in 2008. He led the Buckeyes on two fourth-quarter scoring drives, capped by his own 11-yard touchdown sprint around left end with 1:08 remaining, to end Wisconsin’s 16-game home winning streak, 20-17.
The game also means a lot to Wisconsin, which has only lost to No. 13 Michigan State two weeks ago. One more defeat and the Badgers will be pretty much out of the Big Ten title hunt.
“It’s going to be a huge step up (in competition), just because year in and year out, those guys are the best of the best,” Tolzien said. “They’re super talented and really well coached and physical and all those things that great teams are. We’re going to have our hands full, and we truly need to really lock in.”
Pryor has never forgotten the crowd as it danced, leaped and swayed in unison to the “Jump Around” song heading into the fourth quarter.
“The place JUMPS,” he said with a grin, shaking his head.
It’s the kind of atmosphere — “Jump Around” is performed by the aptly named House of Pain — that No. 1 teams have to get used to on the road.

WELL WITH IT BEING A NIGHT GAME YOU KNOW THE STUDENT SECTION IS GONNA BE TANKED SO THIS TRADITION SHOULD BE ESPECIALLY CRAZY CHECK IT OUT

HIGH SCHOOL GAME OF THE WEEK

KLEIN COLLINS TIGERS (6-0) vs KLEIN BEARKATS (6-0)
FRIDAY October 15th 7:00pm Klein Memorial
PhotobucketKlein Collins David Santos Nebraska Commit

Keshawn Hill, Klein RB                 David Santos, Klein Collins LB
                                                              (Nebraska Commit)

Seem like every week there is a game of the week in this district. Klein in my opinion has the best chance to beat Klein Collins, Klein plays real smart dont make a lot of mistakes no penalties no turnovers, ball control offense. Klein didnt really look too impressive at the game I was at last week against Spring. Klein should be able to handle them but I’ll take Collins in a close one

TOES PICK:
KLEIN : 21
KLEIN COLLINS: 24

TOMBALL COUGARS (5-1) vs DEKANEY WILDCATS (5-1)
7PM FRIDAY OCT. 15TH GEORGE STADIUM (SPRING)

Tomball Malcolm ScottPhotobucket
Tomball Malcolm Scott (SR Safety)                                   Dekaney Trey Williams (Junior RB)

Dekaney comes into this game with revenge on their mind with what happened last year in Tomball, you can actually say that game was why Dekaney was sitting at home during playoff time. Tomball looked downright awful last week against a much superior opponent. Dekaney comes in off an impressive victory over Klein Oak. Dekaney in my preseason picks (which you can see if you scroll all the way down) I picked to finish 2nd in the district, when most places had them pick 5th or 6th. So I really like Dekaney more than others. Dekaney has also played that same team that throttled Tomball, Klein Collins, against Klein Collins Dekaney had them on the ropes leading by a Touchdown with 5 minutes to play before giving up 2 late touchdown passes of 56 and 84 yards to lose by a touchdown. And Junior Running Back Trey Williams had over 200 yards rushing against them with Tomball as a team had something like 20. Dekaney isnt much on passing the ball. But they do have a slippery QB and the last time Tomball played a good agile QB was Spring and they had trouble stopping him. So I think that puts some real pressure on them. The two safeties are going to have tackle well and turn those would be 50-60 yard touchdown runs into 7-8 yard gains, and last week they didnt do that. But most the season they have been doing that so Im optimistic that they can here but this will be the best RB they face all year. On offense Tomball should be able to have their moments. But I dont think it will be enough to keep up with Dekaney

TOES PICK:
TOMBALL: 17
DEKANEY: 38

DISTRICT  13-5A                                   REMAINING GAMES
1. Klein                                    3-0                                                Klein Collins, Dekaney, Tomball, Klein Oak
2. Klein Collins                 3-0                                                Klein, Klein Forest, Westfield, Spring
3. Tomball                           2-1                                                 Dekaney, Klein Oak, Klein, Klein Forest
4. Dekaney                          2-1                                                  Tomball, Klein, Klein Forest, Westfield
5. Westfield                         1-2                                                  Klein Oak, Spring, Klein Collins, Dekaney

8. Spring                              0-3                                                   Klein Forest, Westfield, Klein Oak, Klein Collins

Here is the way Tomball would get the most help this week
Klein Collins over Klein (probable)
Westfield over Klein Oak (toss up)
Spring over Klein Forest (not likely) though this game is pretty irrelevant

COLLEGE GAME OF THE WEEK

ARKANSAS RAZORBACKS @ AUBURN TIGERS
SATURDAY OCTOBER 16th Auburn 2:30pm TV:CBS,

PhotobucketCam Newton Auburn

Ryan Mallett Arkansas QB                                         Cam Newton Auburn QB
Texas H.S. Texarkana                                                  Florida/Blinn College Transfer

Auburn is coming in barely escaping at Kentucky last week with a Victory. Arkansas only scores 24 points on Texas A&M last week. Last year matchup saw Arkansas blow out Auburn 44-23, But Cam Newton has been leading an offense by running with his legs, and surprisingly throwing the ball as well. I guess it shouldnt be too surprised the Florida folks seen his arm strength when he threw the stolen laptop from his dorm room window when campus police was knocking on the door to search his room and that led to him getting kicked out, and then going to Brenham to Blinn College Cam Newton though has played pretty well since leaving Florida, But these close calls arent going to go their way every week. But my numbers are saying bet Auburn (-3.5), and its rare that I bet a favorite in the SEC so we will see how this one goes

NFL GAME OF THE WEEK
MINNESOTA VIKINGS vs DALLAS COWBOYS
Roy Williams CowboysRandy Moss Vikings

Roy Williams Cowboys WR                                                Randy Moss Vikings WR

What was supposed to be a NFC Champioship preview has been reduced to a Battle to keep playoff hopes alive, Dallas comes in off a devastating loss to my Tennessee Titans and like usual people are screaming for Wade Phillips head. But here is one thing I can pretty much promise, and that is the time of Wade Phillips being fired, and that is the week of the Super Bowl, cause Jerry Jones is an attention whore and wants to take away from the teams that will be playing in the Super Bowl cause the Cowboys certainly wont be there. As for the game this week I like the Vikings

1. Baltimore (+3) @ New England
2. Minnesota (-1.5) vs Dallas
3. NY Jets (-3) @ Denver
4. Tampa Bay (+4.5) vs New Orleans
5. Atlanta (+3) @ Philadelphia
6. San Francisco (-6.5) vs Oakland

1st week of the season not to much to say but here a lil video stating the case for 13-5A being the best in the state, I dunno about that! Definitely the best in houston but but there no doubt its stacked with good players

Cibolo Steele RB Malcolm Brown—————– S.A. Madison RB Aaron Green
TEXAS COMMIT

When ESPN put a High School Game on THE ESPN (not espn2 espnU or the ocho) THE ESPN!! Its a big deal!! There might be some other games in the state that have bigger teams playing each other al la Lake Travis vs Westlake but as far as top of the line RB matchups it wont get any better that this Malcolm Brown vs Aaron Green, Malcolm Brown is the best RB to come outta texas with the speed and power combo since Adrian Peterson, luckily though he has committed to Texas. Aaron Green also will have a slew of offers, he has visited USC, Nebraska, A&M, he can go anywhere in the country he is more of a slasher type like Noel Devine of West Virginia or Joe McKnight of USC. Now those two will be the spotlight players. But there are other D-1 players Oklahoma Commit DT Marquis Anderson plays for Cibolo Steele and Madison has a WR that will go to a big school. But Cibolo Steele to me just has a more rounded team and a lil better on defense so give Cibolo Steele By a touchdown

TOES PICK
CIBOLO STEELE: 28
S.A. MADISON: 21

TOMBALL COUGARS VS KATY MORTON RANCH MAVERICKS
6PM SATURDAY AUG 28TH RHODES STADIUM (KATY)

TOMBALL LB KEVIN JACKSON

TOMBALL LB KEVIN JACKSON

Tomball in my opinion will be a better team that last year, even though they lost their best player to play there in the last 10 years, they got enough coming back that they’ll be competitive, but last week scrimmage against Cy Fair they looked pretty bad and Cy Fair didn’t win a game last year. They do have a move-in from Vegas (I don’t know his name) but he looked pretty good playing Free Saftey (in my opinion the most important position on defense. He seemed to be all around the ball when he was in. The offense sputtered big time couldn’t really sustain a drive. Luckily they play a Morton Ranch team that is still in disarray from last years debacle, with the coaching staff being fired for the money controversy involving some booster money and players living situations. They went 0-10 and to make matters worse their 3 best players transferred 2 defensive players to Cinco Ranch and one other to Seven Lakes, so that definitely wont help them. But they are a big school with about 3000 kids so someone there has to be able to play some football around there. I expect a bunch of unknown underclassmen to start making their mark for Morton Ranch. But with that said. I still like Tomball by 10 in this one

TOES PICK:

PLAYERS TO WATCH

1. Dekaney RB Trey Williams (Junior)
Only a Junior He came out of nowhere last year I never heard of him till what he did against Westfield, check him out

3. Westfield DT Desmond Jackson (Senior) Texas Commit

3 year Varsity starter, UT Commit, the top ranked Defensive Tackle in the state I tell you nobody in this district gonna be able to handle him but see for youself

As far as Tomball goes My prediction 5 wins 5 loses They got a manageable non-district schedule, And I think they got enough to win a couple district games. If I was a Vegas guy I would put the over/under betting line on wins for Tomball at 4 ½

14-5A

RANDOM THOUGHTS AND POINTS OF INTEREST

1.) Woodlands gonna have a solid team this year, but they will most likely get round rock stoney point in the 2nd round of the playoffs and that will be the end of them and they had some heated games in state 7on7 tournament so that should be a pretty good matchup if it happens
2.) Lufkin travels to The Woodlands this year and every year this game is a classic, I’ll be in the stands checking this one out, Over the summer the met in the state 7on7 football tournament in the Finals of the consolation bracket and the trash talk was in full effect, They was going after each other, and they were talkin all day to Woodlands 4th year RB Daniel Lasco Its gonna be another classic, heres the highlights of last years game

PLAYERS TO WATCH

Photobucket
1.) Oak Ridge (Junior) QB Michael “DA HANDYMAN” Handy

The show is his to run they look to be moving him to quarterback, and with focus they put on the QB in their offense I think that it is a good thing. Still rather see him somewhere with the ball in the air, but I guess this will suit him just fine

2.) Woodlands (Senior) RB Daniel Lasco,
Photobucket<

Find more videos like this on PrepTicket
A lil personal story on how fast Daniel Lasco is!! He was going into his Junior year over the summer at The state 7on7 tourney which Adidas sponsors they have had a electronic timed 40 yard dash set up with red lights going down the 40 yards which represented Reggie Bushes 40 time at his USC pro day 4.33 The object is to run your fourty against the line of lights which finishes at 4.33, Lasco races gets a 4.28, He was the only kid in the country to beat it The adidas guy said and they set it ip at all kind of athletic events across the country, But this year Lasco is back at the state 7on7 but strangley enough adidas did not bring back the Bush 40 yard race, They cant have some high school kid making their star endorsement guy look bad!! I found that funny!! but anyways Lasco Loses a couple of huge lineman one was Chad Lindsey who is now playing for Alabama Crimson Tide, but I think he will see more carries this year so look for him to still put up

OFFENSIVE MVP: Daniel Lasco RB Woodlands
DEFENSIVE MVP: Michael Cooper DE Woodlands Northwestern Commit ( I think not sure)
TOP JUNIOR: Michael Handy QB Oak Ridge
TOP SOPHOMORE: Jaime Taylor WR/QB The Woodlands

DISTRICT 14-5A (TOES predicted order of finish)

4. TAMPA BAY BUCS-rebuild mode is in full effect, Freeman looks like a player at QB

AFC EAST

1. NY JETS- they are built for this year
2. NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS-Moss in a contract year big year
3. MIAMI DOLPHINS-the tuna has his pieces in place
4. BUFFALO BILLS-Don’t see much hope here

AFC WEST

1. SAN DIEGO CHARGERS-I like Rivers @ QB and L.T and Sproles and a Defense
2. DENVER BRONCOS-started out fast last year then hit a wall
3. OAKLAND RAIDERS- Happy Russell is gone at QB, 1st time in awhile I thought they drafted well DENVER BRONCOS-going downhill fast
4. KANSAS CITY CHIEFS-I still don’t think Cassel is the answer at QB

AFC NORTH
1. BALTIMORE RAVENS-For once I think the offense is gonna carry them
2. CINCINNATI BENGALS-two great drafts in a row and now T.O. is on board with Carson they playoff bound
3. PITTSBURGH STEELERS-without Big Ben for 4 weeks gonna put them in a whole they can’t dig out
4. CLEVELAND BROWNS-and with the 1st pick in the 2011 NFL Draft the Cleveland Brown select…….

AFC SOUTH

1. INDIANAPOLIS COLTS-until peyton retires the colts are the pick
2. TENNESSEE TITANS-Chris Johnson and Vince Young enough said, the D worries me though
3. HOUSTON TEXANS-Still no safeties, its going to hurt them, o-line is still shaky no depth at all
4. JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS-hate Gerard at QB he doesn’t impress me

2010 NFL POSTSEASON

MVP: Chris Johnson RB Tennessee Titans
’09 pick Adrian Peterson (Manning won it)

Offensive MVP: Peyton Manning
’09 pick Adrian Peterson (Chris Johnson won it)

Defensive MVP: Patrick Willis best LB in football today
’09 pick Albert Haynesworth- should have never left titans (charles woodson 09 winner) cant argue he was superb

Offensive Rookie of the Year: Dez Bryant WR Dallas Cowboys
If Dez who just got injured isn’t healthy by the season opener, I’ll go with Jimmy Clausen, that draft was kinda weak for offensive stars
’09 pick Knowshon Moreno, Moreno got injured missed whole year (percy harvin won it) Here is Dez clowing on people in his junior year in high school

Defensive Rookie of the Year: Eric Berry S Kansas City Chiefs
’09 pick Brian Cushing (CORRECT!!)

Comeback Player of the Year: Brian Urlacher LB Chicago
Its rare for a Defensive player to win this, but my offensive pick would be Chad Pennington, to get it for a record 3rd time, I don’t see Chad Henne lasting the whole season

’09 pick Tom Brady QB Patriots (Brady CORRECT!!)

The Marques Colston player a low draft pick that comes out of nowhere, (got a pretty good track record with this)
2010 Legarrette Blount RB Titans (undrafted), this guys bigger faster stronger than Lendale White, and with Lendale gone, I think he gonna be the short yardage guy getting White’s carries

’09 pick Rickey Jean-Francois DE LSU 7th round 49ers kinda missed on this one but he made the team, which doesn’t happen to most 7th rounders should challenge for a starting job in 2010
‘08 Danny Amendola WR cowboys undrafted, Was a lone bright spot starting for St. Louis last season
’07 Ahmad Bradshaw RB NY Giants, Was the best RB in the playoffs that year

Here some Blount highlights 1:45 mark-1:55 is my favorite part

AFC PLAYOFF TEAMS                                               NFC PLAYOFF TEAMS
1. BALTIMORE RAVENS                                           DALLAS COWBOYS
2. NY JETS                                                           NEW ORLEANS SAINTS
3. INDIANAPOLIS COLTS                                        MINNESOTA VIKINGS
4. SAN DIEGO CHARGERS                                       S.F. 49ers
5. TENNESSEE TITANS                                             ATLANTA FALCONS
6. CINCINNATI BENGALS                                       GREEN BAY PACKERS

AFC CHAMPIONSHIP
TENNESSEE TITANS over BALTIMORE RAVENS
NFC CHAMPIONSHIP
MINNESOTA VIKINGS OVER DALLAS COWBOYS

SUPER BOWL

TENNESSEE over MINNESOTA, I always pick the titans to win no matter what in the preseason picks,

2010 COLLEGE FOOTBALL PREDICTIONS

I wont get too detailed and go into every conference seeing as the weekly college picks will take up most my attention during the season but here an outline of the way I see things going

BIG 12
South
1. Oklahoma
2. Texas
3. Texas A&M
4. Oklahoma St.
5. Baylor
6. Texas Tech

North
1. Nebraska
2. Missouri
3. Colorado
4. Kansas
5. Iowa St.
6. Kansas St.

Big 12 Championship Game

Oklahoma over Nebraska, Its gonna be few years before anyone can dethrone Texas or Oklahoma. You should know by now I think the world of UT Garrett Gilbert, but I just don’t think UT running game is any good there RB depth chart is ugly Im not impressed with any of them and their starting receivers aren’t any good you could tell that in the national championship game by the drops they had, The only way UT makes this game is if 2 of the 3 true freshman WR’s my choice is Mike Davis and Darius White they have to be playing lots by the OU game. So because of UT WR and RB situation I’m going with OU by default

SEC Championship Game

Alabama over Florida
6 of Alabamas SEC games are going against teams coming off their bye week, so that means those teams are going to get two weeks to prepare for them. But with that said I think they lose one of those games. Arkansas is right there waiting but I think Alabama beats Arkansas which gives them the tie breaker over Arkansas and sends them to this game. Florida is the most vulnerable they have ever been with their youth but the east is looking shaky Georgia (freshman qb). South Carolina, I hate Garcia at QB, Tennessee, Kiffin left them reeling, Vandy and Kentucky come on now do I really have to explain them

Conference USA Game

Houston over Southern Miss.
Houston is doing some good things they are getting some of the top players out of Houston they have an up and coming coach Kevin Sumlin they light up the scoreboard only problem is that they have no defense, but they can outscore anybody in Conference USA They have game @ UCLA and Mississippi St. should be a good test for them.

ACC Championship Game

Florida State over Virginia Tech
Another team with a Texas High School Quarterback Christian Ponder, they have been recruiting pretty good their whole offensive line is back new coach though but He has been there as an assistant forever I like Florida State this year

MAC Championship Game

Temple over Toledo
Temple has been on the come up and this should be their year Al Golden their coach is gonna be a candidate for every open coaching job at the end of the season. They had a true freshman RB Bennard Pierce last year that was always near the top of rushing yards last year.

Mountain West (no conference championship game)

TCU- 9 starters back on offense that put up lots of points last season and always a stout defense with 7 starters back. Katy High School QB Andy Dalton will look great in his senior year.

BIG 10 (no conference championship game)

Iowa Hawkeyes. They got a smart QB who doesn’t make mistakes Ricki Stanzi, a defense that will keep them in every game, and their program is known for producing NFL offensive lineman, seems like the easy pick to me, Ohio State, ya they have Terrell Pryor and he will some them some games single handedly, but he also is gonna cost them one just making the stupidest decisions or mistakes

Pac 10 (no conference championship game)

Oregon They were looking like national title contenders a couple of months ago but then their starting QB Jeremiah Masoli gets kicked out, their starting RB Jamichael James starts out suspended, But they got Texas High School products waiting to step up Darren Thomas out of Aldine is the QB, Nic Costa will start but Thomas is more athletic and will be a better runner in their offense I think he sees the field. And at RB true freshman from Temple Texas Lache Seastrunk could capitalize on LaMichaels stupidity, if he gets on the field he’s the man for the rest of the season. If you been readin this blog for the last couple of years you know what I think about him!!

Big East (no conference championship game)

Pitt Panthers Dion Lewis the RB nobody wanted Pitt was the only school to offer him continues to prove them wrong

BCS National Championship Game

Alabama Crimson Tide Over Oregon Ducks
It’s the SEC streak and Im not picking against them now

Heisman Trophy Winner

This Year’s Heisman is gonna be pretty tough to pick I think Jaquizz is my pick, Here my reasoning for picking him, and not to pick him, Next year 2011 is gonna be his best year all of his linemen will be back. But I’m sorry the Heisman is going to Garrett Gilbert in 2011 bottom line, The reason why jaquizz won’t win it is Andrew Luck, Jake Locker (who is still my fav college player to watch since I been saying since he was a freshman) that’s 3 finalist on the west coast That’s going to split up all the votes and Garrett is gonna get a few votes, Which is gonna leave the east coast to all jump on last years winner Mark Ingram to win it again but he are my top 5

Jaquizz Rodgers RB; Oregon State (Junior)

Here is the other Finalist that will be sitting in New York

Andrew Luck QB; Stanford (Junior)

Jake Locker QB Washington (Senior)

Garrett Gilbert QB Texas (sophomore)

Mark Ingram RB Alabama (Junior)

TOES END OF SEASON TOP 10
1. Alabama Crimson Tide
2. Oregon Ducks
3. Iowa Hawkeyes
4. Oklahoma Sooners
5. Arkansas Razorbacks
6. TCU Horned Frogs
7. Texas Longhorns
8. Pitt Panthers
9. Ohio State Buckeyes
10. Florida Gators
